1. Cover Up Your Bike Whenever Possible

2. Use Vinyl Protection Film

The next thing that you need to do is get vinyl protection film, which can be purchased online or at an auto parts store. This film is clear. What you can do is take the film, cut it into the appropriate shape to cover one of the designs on your motorcycle, and then apply the film over that design. This will not work for your entire motorcycle, but it will help ensure that the finer details of the paint job are maintained and continue to look great. You can also have a professional apply this film if you do not feel confident applying it yourself.

3. Keep Your Bike Clean

When most people think of scratches, they think of being hit by cars or scraping against something. What they don't think of is dust and debris. Dust and debris can create micro scratches on the surface of the motorcycle. If you regularly remove these unwanted particles, you can make sure that your motorcycle remains relatively unscratched.
